Refund policy
Due to the personalized details of the products ordered; cancellations, returns and refunds are not valid. Open orders through Lay-Buy forfeit down payment in full if cancelled.
Unexpected situations happen. If an item/order is undeliverable and returned to Crashbox, the refund is subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping is not refundable. If the customer still wants their order, a new shipping invoice must be paid before another attempt to ship will be made.
In the event that your items are received damaged, immediately notify CRASHBOX within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of the damaged item(s), along with the shipping box and all packing material. These pictures are required to file a claim with the carriers.
